Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Albany is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor to replace the existing swimming enclosure at Ellen Cove, Middleton Beach. The intent of the swimming enclosure is to prevent the entry of large marine species to the specified enclosed area.

The City is pursuing submissions from tenderers for the replacement of the enclosure and to provide ongoing inspection and maintenance of the enclosure.
