Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the footpath upgrade along Cooks River between Younger Avenue to Lang Road, Earlwood.
The site is located along the banks of Cooks River at Earlwood. The Scope of Works generally includes but is not limited:
- Construction of crushed sandstone pedestrian path;
- Construction of concrete footpath;
- Supply & Installation of Sandstone logs;
- Landscaping.
Tenderers while submitting their tenders must make emphasis on the Construction Program and Work Methodology and clearly identify the stages so full impact to the local residents can be determined.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. The Contractor is expected to commence works by late August 2020.
Tenderers are reminded that a non-compulsory Tender Briefing will be held on site Lang Road, Earlwood (End of Lang Road) at 10:30am on 14 July 2020.
