Tender Description
The Department of Health and Human Services is planning to release up to 3 tenders for Quantity Surveying services to manage the project cost for the site works, service connections, landscaping, demolition and any variations to the existing designs of a suite of multi-unit developments across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
This will be a selective tender and potential tender recipients will be selected from the Construction Supplier Register (CSR). Selected tenderers will need to have the capacity to service up to 180 individual development sites across the state at any one time, and be experienced in the delivery of similar residential projects.
