Tender Description
The Contract to be awarded is to provide all resources for the testing of welds from within the Hunter Valley Rail Network Corridor Works Teams. This is including the provision of experienced supervision, skilled labour, safe working and equipment.
The Contract is for a duration of 12 months with an ARTC option to extend for an additional year.
A non-mandatory pre-submission briefing will be held Monday 6 July 2020, commencing at 1100 hrs. The briefing will be held via Skype / Teleconference. Firms wishing to participate in the briefing are to register their interest by close-of-business Thursday 2 July 2020 by emailing GPeterson@artc.com.au
Submissions: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box
This Tender uses two (2) tender boxes as follows:
1) The first tender box "06300 Section B Part 1" is to be used to submit Section B Part 1 Fee Schedule; and
2) The second tender box "06300 Section B Part 2 and Other" is to be used to submit Section B Part 2 Technical Response and all other Tender documentation.
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
