Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council and Office for Suburban Development see potential in catalyst projects being undertaken to ensure the Broadmeadows Town Centre increases its role in providing a diverse range of local jobs, activities, services and housing.

 

To achieve this goal Hume City Council seeks a suitably qualified consultant to undertake an economic assessment of the Broadmeadows Town Centre and produce an investment action plan to inform revitalisation actions of landowners, potential investment partners, Council and State & Federal Government.

This request for consultancy services responds to Broadmeadows Revitalisation Board August 2018 recommendations to Government to unlock the significant urban renewal potential, locational advantages and assets of the Broadmeadows Town Centre
