Tender Description
The bin inspection program will consist of inspections of kerbside recycling and organics bins and provision of education and compliance information to residents over a period of 2 years with an option for a 1-year extension. The program will provide data to Council on resident waste disposal behaviour and associated contamination of recoverable kerbside waste streams. The information obtained from the program will help Council to target education and behavioural change programs and evaluate the effect of these measures.
