Burke Shire Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of DRFA (previously NDRRA) road restoration and betterment works in accordance with the scope detailed in the tender documents.
The restoration works are located at various sites along Lawn Hill National Park Road and Riversleigh Road as detailed in the construction packages included in the Scope of Works section of the tender documents.
The betterment works include a 6km long section of pavement improvements and two coat bitumen sealing along Lawn Hill National Park Road between the Adel's Grove Roadhouse and the boundary of Lawn Hill National Park. Works are to be completed in accordance with the detailed design drawings.
The scope requires demonstrated ability to supply all of the plant, equipment, labour and materials necessary for the construction of the whole works.
