The City of Melton is currently embracing some significant information and technology projects including major process and digital transformations, and at the same time it looking to modify its service delivery and operating models to cope with the demands of a more agile technical and business environment. It therefore seeks additional support as it transitions, in the form of:
- Input and assistance from an IT partner with global experience and knowledge in all facets of the industry, and
- On-going ad-hoc support from a range of partners to carry out tactical and operational projects as required.
