Tender Description
The Office of National Intelligence (ONI) Enterprise Management Group is seeking industry assistance to mature its current Business Intelligence (BI) capability, including:
• Ensuring ONI Enterprise Management’s BI architecture will meet new, emerging and future needs through a comparison of current technology solutions with alternative solutions in the market
• Developing a data management and governance strategy/framework to enable increased value to be extracted from data
• Developing further ONI’s database and BI analytics, dashboards and reports
• Refining a web-based data entry system that is currently being trialled
• Providing training in the BI system for data contributors and analysts and BI consumers
• Maintaining the system in accordance with an ONI-approved IT System Security and Risk Management Plan (e.g. patches and audits)
• Sustaining the BI system including modest improvements
Providers will require a Top Secret Positive Vetting Security Clearance to complete this work.
Part of this ‘Ask the Market’ is to determine whether vendors have the capacity to provide all these services under one contract. ONI is prepared to receive responses for the delivery of all services or for separate components.
