Facility Maintenance Services - unpackaged

⁠⁠⁠"Facilities Maintenance Services - unpackaged" will be a contract providing health service access to a range of suppliers for specific maintenance subcategories.

Suppliers may be contracted as sole suppliers or panel members depending on the characteristics of the subcategory and ITS evaluation.

It is intended that additional subcategories can be added into the main contract as they are identified and ITS conducted.

All health service regions including metro are under consideration.

Subcategories include services for the preventative and reactive maintenance (and certification where applicable) requirements of the:

1. Subcategory 1.01 - HVAC Systems– includes all Split units, Package units, FCU’s and AHU’s;
2. Subcategory 1.02 – Boilers– includes boilers and all associated systems including pumps;
3. Subcategory 1.03 – Chillers, including Air and Water cooled Chillers, and Cooling Towers;
4. Subcategory 1.04 - HEPA Filtration;
5. Subcategory 1.05 – Steam Production systems;
6. Subcategory 1.06 – Commercial Refrigeration and Cold Rooms;
7. Subcategory 1.07 – Kitchen Duct and Hood;
8. Subcategory 1.08 – Thermostatic Mixing Valves;
9. Subcategory 1.09 – Backflow Prevention Valves; and
10. Subcategory 1.10 –Pressure Vessels, excluding Medical Gas vessels.
