Tender Description
The University of South Australia invites prospective Tenderers to submit a tender for the provision of Maintenance and Repair of Electrical Systems across its metropolitan and regional Campuses listed below:
- Adelaide City East Campus
- Adelaide City West Campus
- Mawson Lakes Campus
- Magill Campus
- Regional Whyalla Campus
- Regional Mount Gambier Campus
RFT package:
The RFT package comprises of:
- RFT Document
- Draft FMU Electrical Systems Services Agreement (to be opened with Reviewing Pane for explanations)
- Pricing Mechanism
- Electrical Assets Register
- STS Electrical Services Agreement (PM Tasks: See draft Service Agreement)
- Schedule of Elec Maintenance tasks
- Electrical Diagrams
Tender Briefing & Site Visit:
A presentation will be conducted in GP Building Room GP 2/39 Mawson Lakes Campus commencing at 13:00 on Wednesday 17th June 2020 for an explanation of the Pricing Mechanism. All attendees are to sign in at Mawson Lakes Security/FM Assist office and wait outside where you will be collected and shown to the meeting room. Following the presentation there will be a site visit at the Mawson Lakes Campus. Companies should register their interest via email to fmucontracts@unisa.edu.au.
Within the current UniSA COVID guidelines, only one person per company may attend. Additional attendees will not be granted access. Social distancing practices of remaining at least 1.5m apart including when seated during the presentation will be adhered to.
Due to the restrictions in numbers at the presentation and site visit, there will not be any opportunity to respond to any technical questions, each question must be submitted in accordance with the Tender guidelines.
