The Principal is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers. The project includes signage, gravel sheeting, cement stabilising, 2 coat re-seal, drainage and shoulder formation widening from SLK 12.250 extending to SLK 107.800. Tenders must be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked RFT 03/20 and placed in the tender box located at the Shire Administration Office, Corner of Irish Mulga Drive and Salmon Gums Drive, Kambalda before 4pm Wednesday 08 July 2020, or mailed to CEO, PO Box 138, Kambalda WA 6442, clearly marked on an outer envelope CONFIDENTIAL - RFT 03/20. Failure to clearly mark the envelope could jeopardise the confidentiality of the tender. Tenders can also be lodged electronically at tenders@ coolgardie.wa.gov.au before 4pm Wednesday 08 July 2020.

The Shire of Coolgardie accepts no responsibility for submitted tenders failing to be in the tender box at the time and the date of closing.

Facsimile tenders will not be considered for evaluation. Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify tender.
