Tender Description
The Department of Home Affairs is seeking technical advice and expertise on the development of a national critical infrastructure and systems of national significance mapping and analysis capability. The development of this capability is still in its infancy and therefore the department is presenting the opportunity for suppliers to express interest in this body of work and demonstrate their ability to deliver a part or a whole of the project, including through targeted pilots of inter-supplier collaborations.
Ideally, the mature end state of the capability will be an active map and allowing analysis of identified critical infrastructure/ System of National Significance (SoNs) locations, vulnerabilities criticality and interdependence. The outputs of the map and analysis would directly inform decision makers about their most impactful actions during a critical incident. Once mature the capability could also be used to inform a variety of decision making, including infrastructure planning and development and risk reduction measures.
