Tender Description
The purpose of this RFP is to invite suitably qualified contractors to submit proposals for the provision of services and use of vehicles for storage, transport of market infrastructure, set up, pack down, security, traffic management and ambassador duties for the Rotorua NightMarket and Rotorua Farmers Market.
This is an open RFP process, though it is a mandatory requirement of this process that all participants must have an office, depot or base in the Rotorua Lakes District and essentially employ staff from within the district.
The successful contractor will be awarded a contract for a period of 2 years, with an option, at Council's sole discretion, to extend the contract for a further period of 2 years.
The contract has a commencement date of 1 August 2020.
