Tender Description
Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced planning consultants to assist in the Project Management for the preparation of the Picton Town Centre Place Plan process, including the preparation of an RFQ to engage consultant(s) to undertake prepare the Place Plan (a master plan).
The Project Manager is expected to work with and brief Picton Town Centre Place Plan Steering Committee and the Manager Sustainable Growth and primarily manage the complete process (including managing the successful Place Plan consultant(s)) for the preparation of and delivery of the Place Plan.
