Tender Description
Redland City Council (RCC) is seeking tenders for a scheduled maintenance and breakdown call out service of its room air conditioning units for RCC buildings on the Mainland and the Islands of Macleay, Russell and North Stradbroke.
The maintenance services to be provided as part of this contract include:
a. Routine Maintenance (Scheduled)
b. General Repairs (Non-Emergency)
c. Emergency Repairs (Unscheduled)
This service does not include any major chiller plant, air handlers, pumps, controls or associated ductwork
