Tender Description
The PTA would like to engage a consultant to provide expertise in the development and delivery of training packages to assist in elevating the competency of CPEs and PEs in system safety management in alignment with PTAs competency frameworks.
The scope of works would including the following:
- Work with the Engineering Management Team and key personnel to develop training material and a training plan for delivery to CPEs and PEs in system safety management.
- Present training materials and plans to PTAs Systems Engineering Steering Group members to agree content and methodology.
- Deliver the training to key personnel (approx. 100 CPEs and PEs).
- Provide training to other personnel (train the trainer) to set the PTA up for success in delivering training to future CPEs/PEs.
