Water Reticulation Services - Design & Construct

⁠⁠⁠Latrobe Regional Hospital (LRH) is seeking tenders for the performance of work under an agreement. The project scope is to design and construct water reticulated services at LRH site.

Originally opened in 1998 some building services of the building are tending towards the end of their usable life. To ensure that the building is maintained in a state that is able to continue to deliver patient care to the population of Gippsland, LRH is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for developing the design in accordance with the Hospital’s requirements and constructing the works outlined below in the specification.

• Replace isolating valves on all water piping throughout the original building at the Main Traralgon Campus, including;
• Heating Hot Water loops;
• Chilled Water loops;
• Domestic Warm Water loops;
• Cold water supply.
• Replace all ABS piping with copper size equivalent
