Council are requesting quotes on the supply and spreading of soft fall at a number of playgrounds within the City. Each year an independent external audit is conducted on the Cities playgrounds which is a legislative requirements. Through this audit, risks are identified and ranked accordingly, as high, medium and low.
This audit is undertaken to understand the the soft-fall underneath the play equipment within the cities playgrounds. This years audit identified that various playgrounds ranked as a high risk due to the lack of soft-fall and they required a top up and or replacement of soft fall to meet safety standards.
Quotes are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for contract number W2098-20 - Supply and Spreading of Soft Fall at Various Playgrounds.
