Tender Description
Kawerau District Council would like to afford suitably qualified contractors the opportunity to submit a tender for Stage 1 of the Kawerau Town Centre Redevelopment: Ranfurly Court - Hardscaping and Drainage.
The works are outlined on the drawings appended to the tender documents. The works include demolition and excavation of the existing Town Centre infrastructure, the placement of new paving and drainage, building new retaining walls, and installing new stormwater lines.
