Tender Description
The City is seeking to appoint suitably experienced, licensed plumbers and gas fitters to install, repair and maintain all plumbing and drainage installations in City buildings and properties, backflow prevention valves, eye wash services, hot water boilers, gas heaters and gas ovens.
This contract is required for one (1) year with two (2), one (1) year extension periods exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Principal and performance is subject to evaluation prior to any renewal. A full statement of the Requirements required under the proposed contract appears in the Specification Part 2.
