Tender Description

Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the upgrade of De Winton Carpark located at 1 Grove Road, Rosanna 3084.

The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to construction activities involving

  • Site Establishment, Preliminaries, Set-out and Traffic Management including service location.
  • Earthworks and Asphalt Pavement as shown on construction drawings
  • Kerb and Channels / Spoon Drains as shown on construction drawings
  • Drainage Works as shown on construction drawings
  • Concrete Footpath as shown on construction drawings
  • Line marking and Signs as shown on construction drawings
  • Notification by Letter Drop to adjoining residents/facilities and Project signage prior to commencement of works
  • Clean site and remove any rubbish to the satisfaction of the superintendent.

The contractor is to familiarise itself with the site, access, extent, complexity and timing of works required and shall take into account any additional or incidental works not specifically listed.
