Tender Description
The operations voice mobile radio package will incorporate all of the elements required to expand and migrate the existing analogue
operations radio network to a digital radio system for the expanded Western Turner 2 operational mine areas.
Specific Scope Requirements: Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their
ability to complete the following tasks:
- Independent RF design validation.
- Design, supply and installation of mobile solar powered VMR radio trailers to provide infill coverage of radio systems.
- Supply and installation of passive and active RF equipment at existing RBS towers and communication equipment facilities including RF transmission hardware, base station radios, point to point and point to multipoint microwave equipment.
- Migration and integration of legacy RF analogue radio system to a digital radio platform.
- Supply and configuration of handheld and vehicle end user terminals.
- Completion of all testing, commissioning and handover requirements for the separate and combined elements of the
radio system.
