Cleaning of Water Treatment Plant, Sewerage TP, Depot and Pump Stns

⁠⁠⁠Cloncurry Shire Council invites interested parties to submit a tender to provide Council with Cleaning Services, for the many properties and facilities it owns or operates.

This tender for the provision of Cleaning Services is to ensure Council has rapid access to quality labour and services in a timely manner and at cost effective and competitive prices.

The locations for the cleaning services provided by this tender are limited to the following Council buildings/facilities:

•  Water Treatment Plant
•  Sewerage Treatment Plant
•  Council Depot
•  Pump Stations:
•  Seymour Street Booster pump station; and
•  Powerhouse & Phillip Street Re-lift Pump Station

The term of this arrangement will be for a period of one (1) year with an Option for an additional one (1) year.

The Contractor awarded this tender must carry out the services outlined in the documents in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards and Statutory requirements.

Council is committed to providing cost effective services for residents and ratepayers. The successful Contractor will be selected for value for money and compliance with all requirements outlined in the Request for Tender documentation.

Performance of the successful Contractor will be measured by:

•  the level of service supplied for the tasks requested
•  prompt attendance for the services
•  complaints and incidents arising from the departure from the specification
•  non-compliance with Work Health and Safety and Environmental requirements
