Project Manager and Superintendent Services for the new Sydney Fish Market (nSFM).
The project involves the delivery of the new Sydney Fish Market (nSFM) at the head of Blackwattle Bay in accordance with the following State Significant Development Applications:
• The new Sydney Fish Market Concept and Early Works - Application Number SSD-8924.
• A concept development application approval for concept proposals for the nSFM. This is to meet the requirements for a master plan contained in clause 40 of SREP26.
• The new Sydney Fish Market Main Works - Application Number SSD-8925.
• This Main Works DA seeks to secure approval for the detailed works for the design, construction and operation of a nSFM on the site and associated works.
