Project Management Services

Council invites tenders from experienced consultants to assist Council by providing Project Management Services for our Shire.
Cloncurry is located approximately 1700km North West of Brisbane and 780km West of Townsville. Cloncurry is also at the centre of a prosperous mining region. Given the remote nature of the shire, it is difficult for Council to retain professionals in the long term and therefore contribute to the development of the community

Council wishes to engage a provider who can: offer the full range of project management services, from planning and budgeting, through design, procurement, construction, closure, and defects period.

Parties will also be required to report to and assist the Project Director in the development and delivery of the Council's capital works, QRA projects and other works programs; provide a high level of project management services but also a commitment to Council and the Cloncurry community.
