Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from architectural design practices who can demonstrate capability in tourism projects relevant to the proposed natural hot springs & riverwalk project in Cunnamulla.
The proposed project is to be located in the centre of Cunnamulla adjacent to the Warrego River and has an approximate construction value of $4M. The project has Federal funding and the concept design needs to be completed in August 2020.
