Expression of Interest: Builders wishing to tender on the rebuild of an existing clubhouse, in the Mackay region, please forward an expression of interest to Project Manager, Mr Jim Carless at jfcarless@gmail.com
Expression of interest must contain details of the company including valid QBCC Licence, brief relevant experience and proposed personnel.
Principal contractors only need apply.
Project Scope and Background:
Mackay City Brothers Football Club have secured a Queensland Government Active Community Infrastructure Grant to rebuild their existing clubhouse. The proposed changes include a multipurpose room, gym, parent's room, change rooms, showers, toilets and storage. The objective is to support future participation in football, particularly for women. Total approximately 400m2.
Project Timeframe: June - December 2020
Applicable Contract: Master Builders - Commercial Building Contract, Lump Sum
Stage 1 EOI Closing: 4pm Friday 29th May 2020
Stage 2 Tender Submission Closing: 4pm Friday 12th June 2020
The Tender Package will be issued upon receipt of expressions of interest.
