Tender Description
Hume City Council (HCC) is seeking suitably qualified contractors to upgrade the Craigieburn Tennis Pavilion.
The works will include upgrading the tennis clubrooms and expanding the entry to the club.
The proposed upgrades to the clubroom include:
- Upgrade and expansion of the toilets to include a small changing space and an accessible toilet.
- Address current privacy concerns within the toilets and the proximity between the kitchen and toilet spaces.
- Separate the kitchen from the toilets.
- Provide a tennis club office/meeting room.
