Hume City Council (“Council”) invites Expressions of Interest (“EOI”) from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors to undertake the construction of a sports pavilion at Cloverton AOS – 110 Toyon Road, Kalkallo.

Property address – 110 Toyon Road, Kalkallo

The pavilion will primarily be used by local community football, cricket and tennis clubs, accessing both ovals and tennis courts. The new pavilion will be located at the Cloverton Active Open Space reserve, central to the sporting ovals and tennis courts. Features of the pavilion include:

• Four (4) separate change rooms including amenities
• Umpire change rooms
• Male, female and accessible public toilet facilities
• First aid room
• Storage rooms
• Kitchen and bar
• Social room
• External covered viewing area

The gross building area is approximately 786.2m2 (excluding the external covered viewing area).

Civil and Landscape works around the pavilion are currently under construction (by others) and are scheduled to be completed prior the commencement of the Building works.
