New Aquatic Centre Rosebud - Cafe Operator

⁠⁠⁠Mornington Peninsula Shire Council (MPSC) are building a new Aquatic Centre in Rosebud which includes the provision for a destination style cafe and a grab and go kiosk. MPSC have contracted the management and operations of the new Aquatic Centre to Belgravia Leisure.

The Council on behalf of Belgravia Leisure seeks to obtain an expression of interest from professional and experienced cafe operators to manage and provide a high-quality service destination cafe and 'grab and go' style kiosk for the new Aquatic Centre under a Licence agreement.
