Otorohanga Public Toilet Cleaning

⁠⁠⁠Otorohanga District Council seeks to engage a cleaning contractor to clean the Otorohanga toilet facilities and public BBQ facility.

It is the belief of Council that the effective performance of this Contract is most likely to be delivered by relatively 'local' Contractors who are more likely to be aware of, and able to quickly respond to any potential impending non-compliance with the Contract specifications. For this reason only tenders where the Contractor, or (in the case of larger Contractors) the relevant Contract Manager is based within 35 kilometres (by road) from the centre of Otorohanga will be considered to be conforming.
