Provision of Telephony as a Service

⁠⁠⁠The University of South Australia invites prospective Tenderers to submit a tender for the provision of a Telephony as a Service solution.
This RFT package comprises:
1. Part A Tender Conditions
2. Part B Specification
3. Part C Tender Form
4. Part D Tender Response Schedules
5. Part E Pricing Mechanism/Schedule
6. Part F 1-Draft Supply Agreement
7. Part F 2-Departures Draft Supply Agreement

Enquiries must be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.
The University shall respond to the clarifications or questions by responding publicly to all Tenderers if the information provided is relevant to all Tenderers.

SUBMISSIONS
Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Word/Excel version of the Schedule/s. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient time to undertake the upload and submission process. Late submissions WILL NOT be accepted.
