Warrnambool City Council invites tender submissions for the supply & delivery of rolls of 150, certified compostable FOGO liners to fit 8 litre kitchen caddies.

It is Council’s expectation that compostable liners will be delivered to one point in Warrnambool.

Unless otherwise approved by Council’s authorised representative in writing, the compostable bags supplied by the Contractor must accord with the following:

• Comply with Australian Standard AS 4736-2006.
• Lime green in colour preferred.
• Fit and be suitable for use with Mastec KO kitchen caddies.

Dimensions of caddies: 22cm depth,19 x 23cm across the top, 14 x 18cm across the bottom.

• 16 Micron minimum
• 8 litre capacity minimum
• Handles preferred.
• The bags must be printed with information regarding their use (how to open them and what is accepted in them) and a Council logo. (Design is provided in Volume 3)
• Be acceptable to Council’s current composters Camperdown Compost Company and Corangamite Shire.
• Supply of sample is required at time of tender (customisation is not required for the sample).
