This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
DPS is looking for people to work within a fast-paced team rolling out an upgrade of our environment to Windows 10 / Office365. As a member of a team, the applicant will:
• Upgrade DPS managed devices to Win10/O365 all Parliamentary Departments within Australian Parliament House (APH) including: The Senate, The House of Representatives, The Parliamentary Budget Office and Parliamentary Services.
• Provide change management coordination for APH.
• Provide specialist assistance to APH staff to achieve the upgrade to Win10/O365, including review and evaluation of technical information, in readiness to migrate data from APH servers to O365.
• Manage complex customer relationships.
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.
• Contribute to daily status and coordination activities with team members.
• Provide post upgrade quality reviews prior to handover to support services.
We are seeking people who:
• Have above average technical working knowledge of Win10/O365 and can troubleshoot challenges encountered in a methodical manner.
• Are able to quickly and critically analyse information and think strategically to solve problems.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment to manage competing priorities in order to meet weekly milestones.
• Have good stakeholder relationship building skills.
• Apply attention to detail and enjoy working in an evolving environment.
Highly Desirable attributes include:
• Prior experience rolling out Windows 10 / Office 365
• Prior experience within a government environment and an understanding of Parliamentary processes
