Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the three separable portions of the public domain upgrade along Military Road in Neutral Bay West.
Works include the demolition and reconstruction of footpath paving (concrete pavers on reinforced concrete base); installation of new landscaped garden beds; replacement and/or addition of street furniture and signs, adjustment of services pits (telecommunications, Electrical, Sydney Water, RMS, Gas, etc.); installation of new porous paving to existing tree pits; repairs and painting to existing pedestrian fencing and other associated works.
Documents can be downloaded for free here from TUESDAY 12 MAY 2020. Alternatively, documents can be purchased from Council's Customer Service Counter for $300.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at: The Ros Crichton Pavilion Room, 200 Miller Street, North Sydney WEDNESDAY 27 MAY 2020, commencing at 10:00am. Due to social distancing restrictions, attendees must pre-register by COB WEDNESDAY 20 MAY 2020 with Chris Stevens by sending an email to chris.stevens@northsydney.nsw.gov.au Furthermore tenderers will be restricted to having only 1x attendee from the tendering firm being allowed to attend.
