The Greater Geelong City Council (Council) seeks to borrow $25 million from recognised financial institutions consisting of the following loan terms:
- $10m five year term fixed interest repayments;
- $13m ten year term with principal and fixed interest repayments; and
- $2m five year term with principal and fixed interest repayments.
