Tender Description
The City of Greater Geelong (the City), is undertaking an open tender process for the procurement, implementation and support of a modern, cloud-based, integrated solution with integration Platform as a Service (iPaas) to support its Digital Modernisation Program (DMP) objectives. The Solution’s core capabilities include Asset Management, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Procurement, Program/Project Management, Reporting and Workflows and the same product or alternate product for iPaaS and Customer Relationship Management.
The City intends to identify the best fit integrated solution provider and implementation system integrator who has a proven approach and experience working collaboratively in delivering quality solution implementation within tight timelines.
The City is expecting to contract with a single vendor, who will be accountable for the delivery and management of the Solution in its entirety. Where any one party cannot provide the full suite of capabilities, the tenderer can subcontract parts of the delivery to delivery partners, however, the tenderer will remain responsible for carrying out the Solution implementation and other activities according to the specifications of this RFT, including the requirements of the Contract and the proposed timeline outlined in section 9 of the specification document.

Location: Online facility (such as Skype, Zoom etc). Details to be provided via eProcure closer to the date.
Attendance at the Briefing Session is not mandatory.
