Provision a new Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) solution, including workflow process ma

⁠⁠⁠This procurement includes:
1.ECMS solution: a fully functional records/workflow management.
2.Data Migration: logical, usable data migration of historical HPRM 8.1 data to the new solution.
3.Support: a supported solution (levels of support for the solution).
4.Security: Required documentation / assistance to IRAP (Certified ASD Protected level)
A solution is sought that uses either Office 365 / SharePoint Online / Power Platform tools or a vendor’s own off the shelf ECMS with in-built workflow capability, similar integration with O365 and reporting capability (Microsoft Power BI).
The solution must be in place by December 2020.
A mandatory briefing session will be held by DPS & PBO on Monday 25/05/2020. Invitation to the briefing session, will be subject to one page document outlining their experience within the last 3 years configuring ECMS solutions built on either:
•SharePoint Online & Microsoft products
•vendor’s ECMS products & integrated workflow and using Power BI for reporting capability.
Vendors will be assessed as either having the experience or not, based on one page responses.
•Only suitably assessed vendors will be invited to the mandatory briefing session attendence mandatory to submit RFQ for evaluation.
