Bayside Council is excited to embark on the Barton Park Precinct Project.
Bayside Council plays a key role in providing social infrastructure to support and sustain liveability, community health, wellbeing, and participation. Community facilities, open space and recreation facilities provide places and spaces for people to meet, connect, create, exercise and learn.
In response to the many challenges of planning for the growth and development of the local community, Bayside Council has resolved to redevelop the Barton Park Precinct.
Bayside Council invites tenders for a principal consultant to prepare a design development, development application, detailed design and tender documentation for the Barton Park Precinct based on the masterplan for Barton Park. This is a unique opportunity for a landscape architectural, urban planning, engineering or multi-disciplinary firm to create key active and passive recreation for the community.
