NSO Electronic Media Screen

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the works associated with the supply of materials and labour for the installation of electronic media screen at North Sydney Oval, Miller Street, North Sydney.

Proposed works are associated with the supply of materials and labour for the installation of an outdoor high-definition and high-resolution electronic media screen. The proposed location for the large vision screen is on Doug Walters Hill located on the eastern side of the North Sydney Oval.

Works to be constructed under this contract include: Supply and installation of LED video panels, free standing steel structure with required sub mounting frames, maintenance slab, structural footings, LED structure cladding, all electrical works, all control & signal cable reticulation (Optic Fibre), interface to bump-in event vision mixing equipment, turfing, all design, installation, commissioning and training, attendance at two events, maintenance and supply, install and configuration of LED screen control system and processing equipment.

Tender documents may be obtained free of charge by registering on the e-tendering portal .

Tender documents are also available in hardcopy from 28 April 2020 for a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per set, from North Sydney Council at 200 Miller Street, North Sydney.

Submissions in sealed envelopes marked with the quotation number 33/2020 and clearly labelled 'NSO Electronic Media Screen' must be submitted in accordance with conditions of tendering by 4.00 pm on Tuesday, 26 May 2020.
