The Opportunity
The work to be performed under the Contract is to provide Nillumbik Shire Council (Council) with implementation services and ongoing licensing, support and maintenance services for a cloud-based Asset Management System (Solution).
The intent of the Solution is to deliver core asset management transformation through integration with Council’s key operational systems, and improved employee and contractor experience through mobility.
The initial term of the contract is for five (5) years.
Council may at its discretion, extend the operation of the Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term of five (5) years for up-to a further three (3) years.
The total duration of the contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed eight (8) years.
