Scope of Work
Supply and Installation of Village Transit Facilities including modular buildings, all fixtures/fittings, and site civil/electrical/plumbing works. The transit facilities will include shower block/s, ablution block/s, locker facilities and a transit lounge to cater for up to 112 people.
The above scope of work (SoW) will be rolled out across five separate villages, staged over a 12 month period (Hope Downs 1 Village, Hope Downs 4 Village, Brockman 2 Village, Punurunha Village, West Angelas Village). Special consideration will need to be given to the topography, existing village infrastructure and circulation zones. Full design drawings and a bill of materials will be provided with the tender (RFQ) package.
