WorkSafe Victoria is transforming our business as part of our 2030 Strategy. We have implemented a new CRM system and we are continually evolving our technologies.

Currently, WorkSafe has data in multiple systems and locations, including data warehouses, spreadsheets, and databases.

Not only is the variety of the data collected by WorkSafe expanding, but also the volume of data is growing exponentially adding complexity to the management of mandatory data security, governance, user access, and the demands of the analytics and reporting teams.

WorkSafe wants to build a Data Warehouse and Data Lake to support our reporting and self-service reporting capabilities whilst capturing our CRM and AWS Cloud Infrastructure already in place.

As part of the Data Warehouse and Data Lake, WorkSafe requires the ability to:

collect any form of data, from anywhere within the enterprise’s numerous data sources and silos;
reduce the effort needed to analyse or process the same data set for different purposes by different applications;
keep the whole operation cost efficient by utilising industry proven and current technologies;
maintain the ability to scale up storage and compute capacities as required, independently of each other.
WorkSafe requires a Platform Software Solution to implement the Data Warehouse and Data Lake.
