ABOUT THE REQUEST FOR TENDER: Tenders are invited from NSW IPART registered electricity retailers for the supply of Electricity to the University
REGISTRATION: Request for Tender documents must be obtained after pre-registration on the UTS Tenderlink site. A pre-registration form must be completed before tender documentation can be downloaded.
ENQUIRIES: Request for Tender enquiries should be directed to Eric Liyanage via the online forum at the TenderLink site. UTS staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to this Tender.
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Word version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders closes at 02:00pm on Monday 27 April 2020 and submissions must be fully received by this time. UTS is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
