Tender Description
Yarra Ranges Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified not for profit organisation to occupy, manage and deliver a range of community, and children and family services from its Chirnside Park Community Hub facility, located at 33 Kimberley Drive, Chirnside Park 3116 (as identified on the plan in section 12).
The successful respondent would be offered a five (5) year lease to occupy and manage the premises for the purposes outlines below, subject to statutory processes pursuant to the Local Government Act.
