Phillip Island New Fire Station

⁠⁠⁠The Country Fire Authority (CFA) is intending to release an Open Tender for Construction Works for the new Phillip Island Fire station.

The proposed works comprise:

• 4 No. Motor Room bays to house fire trucks and similar appliances;
• The Amenities wing to comprise a Brigade Offices, Multipurpose Room including kitchen, Turn-Out rooms, Comms Room, and Toilets and associated facilities;
• The Workshop wing to comprise a Workshop, Store and associated facilities;
• Building services to suit the fire station; and
• Site works comprising driveway, pavements, parking areas and landscaping.

Construction works will take place on a green field site at 110 Ventnor Road, Cowes.

Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, and Industrial Relations Management are mandatory requirements.
