RFP for Construction and Refurbishment (Below $250K): Panel Refresh

⁠⁠⁠Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking Responses from suppliers to this Request for Proposal (RFP) to join a Panel of Preferred Contractors for the provision of minor refurbishment works.

A significant percentage of the ECU Facilities refurbishment works consist of minor renovations, repairs and renewal work that may range from $10K-$250K.

The Minor Works or Refurbishment Panel will be formed for projects below $250K in value. The successful respondent to the RFP process will be engaged on to the panel and will be managed by Digital and Campus Services.

The vendors will need to be available to work through the December/ January periods as this is a peak period for the University’s refurbishment activities.

Respondents will be subject to the normal evaluation process: qualitative, quantitative, value for money assessment and due diligence checks.

Respondent may be disqualified or have its responses marked down if the Respondent did not respond to the individual questions directly in e-Procure. (e.g. Respondent may be disqualified or have its responses marked down if the Respondent chooses to upload a single documentation containing all its responses to the tender). Respondent should provide responses directly to each question asked in the e-Procure platform and supplemented by supporting documentation for each question if required.
