Tender Description
The Town of Gawler is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the Gawler Aquatic Centre Amenities Refurbishment - Construction Services Project.
The scope of the Project includes:
- Upgrade and modernising of the Aquatic Centre amenities to be DDA compliant, provide parenting rooms, refreshed design, modern and inviting facilities for use.
- Rectification of existing water ingress and structural issues being exhibited in the amenities.
- Provision of a storage shed for pool covers and maintenance equipment.
- Review and address underground services.
The Site Briefing has been rescheduled to Friday 17 April 2020 (from Wednesday 15 April) and is not mandatory. Due to social distancing rules one representative per Tenderer is able to attend the site briefing.
