Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Gannawarra Shire Council (GSC) has received funding to develop a nature-based tourism hub along the Gunbower Creek in Koondrook. The development includes the installation of 6 serviced glamping tents and a pedestrian bridge to access Gunbower Island. Quotations from suitably qualified contractors for the supply and installation of sewer and water services to the development.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) for.

To supply and install a pressure sewer system to service each of the tents. The system is to include an approved packaged sewer pump station, reticulation to the tents and a rising main discharging into Lower Murray Water town sewer system.
To supply and install a potable water system and a fire service to the development. Two options are to be priced and the successful contractor will be directed to install the most cost-effective option.
To supply and install 250 litre heat pump hot water systems to each tent.
All Potable and Fire Water Service work are to be in accordance with WSA 03-2011 Water Supply Code of Australia, Version 3.1
The Sewer Reticulation works are to be undertaken by a suitably qualified person in accordance with the Water Services Association of Australia and AS3500.2 and in accordance with AS3500, Lower Murray Water Property Services Requirements and VBA.
